Client Media & Testimonial Authorization

This optional authorization allows Barrett Calisthenics to use certain client content for marketing and promotional purposes.

1. Authorized Content

I voluntarily authorize Barrett Calisthenics to use content that I provide or that is created in connection with my coaching, including, where applicable:

• Before-and-after photographs
• Training videos
• Exercise or skill videos
• Transformation photographs or videos
• Written testimonials
• Video or audio testimonials
• Progress updates
• Strength or skill achievements
• Screenshots of my messages or feedback
• Portions of coaching communications
• Portions of recorded coaching calls
• My first name, initials, username, or other identifying information associated with authorized content

2. Permitted Uses

The Company may use authorized content for legitimate business, educational, promotional, advertising, marketing, social-media, website, and coaching-business purposes, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, websites, advertisements, email marketing, and other Company-controlled or Company-authorized media.

3. Editing

Authorized content may be edited, cropped, reformatted, shortened, captioned, combined with other content, or adapted for different platforms, provided the Company does not knowingly edit a testimonial in a manner that materially changes its meaning.

4. No Compensation

I understand that this authorization is voluntary and that I will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for authorized use unless separately agreed in writing.

5. Voluntary Authorization

This authorization is separate from the purchase of coaching. Choosing not to provide this authorization does not, by itself, prevent a person from purchasing or receiving coaching.

6. Accuracy of Testimonials

I understand that any testimonial or statement attributed to me should reflect my actual experience. I will not knowingly provide false or misleading statements for use in Company marketing.

7. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that use of my individual results, transformation, or testimonial does not mean Barrett Calisthenics guarantees that other clients will achieve the same results.

8. Minors

If the Client is under 18, this authorization must be completed by the Client's parent or legal guardian where required.

9. Scope and Duration

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this authorization applies worldwide and may remain in effect after the coaching relationship ends.

Nothing in this authorization prevents withdrawal of consent where a withdrawal right is required by applicable law.
